CFRAC Consulting is a social enterprise that sprung out of the Centre for Race and Culture’s expertise. Diversity and inclusion is a new and changing field, and this innovative work needs to be informed by formal research and experience in the field. We use best practices where appropriate but balance this with the practical knowledge we have gained from working directly with diverse communities and the agencies that serve them.

Training and Education
Our training is customized to our clients’ needs. All workshops are facilitated in a participatory manner. They will allow participants to work through the material in a hands-on way that is meaningful for their workplace culture and context. The facilitators will utilize various learning techniques such as group work, large group discussion, individual reflection, and case studies to create an interactive learning space where participants will be able to engage with the material in a critical and challenging way. We currently offer virtual webinars and workshops. Once COVID-19 restrictions subside, we hope to bring back in-person components.
