Our Projects and Initiatives
CFRAC is committed to shifting current systems of racism to foster racial equity through transformative change. By examining interconnected dynamics at the individual, collective, and societal levels, we work with partners and community members to realize our vision of a society free from racism. These projects and initiatives:
- foster bold leadership that focuses dialogue on racial and cultural discrimination and supports real change.
- are rooted in research and tested through real-world efforts.
- provide training, educational resources, consulting services and projects that reflect the needs and priorities of those we serve.
