A Unique Course Providing In-depth Understanding of a Complex Issue

hands_raisedThis three-part series explores the roots of racism and helps you understand the impacts of racism on an individual, institutional, and societal level while also providing tools for dealing with racism in our personal lives and even in the workplace. Our facilitators will guide you safely through the course, allowing you to build upon your already existing experiences and knowledge and find personal and professional applications for the course.

2017 Spring Series: Calgary 

Join us for a special offering of our Anti-Racism Workshop Series in Calgary
Day 1 Jun 8: Roots of racism and how racism affects our personal lives

Who should attend:

Educators, HR professionals, employers, social service providers,
community leaders, and anyone who’d like to learn about racism in depth.

Course Details: Workshops take place in Calgary from 9AM-4PM on the scheduled day.  Lunch is provided.

Location: CommunityWise Resource Centre, 223 12th Ave SW, Calgary AB

Cost: $375 (covers three full-day sessions + lunch each day + course certificate)

Participants must attend all three days. Certificate issued on completion of course.
